In addition, in 2004, the company went through the rigorous process of earning certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. WBENC is the premier national certification for women-owned businesses, and the Council examines all aspects of the business including financial, operational, and organizational strength. Certified companies are required to be re-certified annually, and on-site examiners conduct a review of our facility every other year. In Wisconsin, only three other printers are certified by the WBENC, and no others are located in the Fox Valley. Bouwer Printing & Mailing has successfully maintained certification every year since 2004.
